In order to reduce our environmental impact, we are introducing alcohol made from CO2 into CK One Essence. Carbon emissions are upcycled into alcohol for use in our fragrances. In our factories, we use a method known as mass balance to mix alcohol from traditional sources with alcohol from upcycled alcohol, so the actual amount of upcycled alcohol varies from bottle to bottle. We work with third party experts Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) to independently verify our systems. The total volume of alcohol made from CO2 that we purchase is equivalent to the amount needed to make our CK One Essence Parfum Intense product.
